HIGH VISCOSITY PRODUCTS Plant built for high viscosity products preparation, in order to increase the production capacity and change deeply the production system. The core of the system includes two mixing reactors – made in AISI 316 L stainless steel - with 3 different rotating mixing systems placed inside the tanks. All is done with the ability to work even under vacuum, guaranteeing - automatically - homogeneity to the final product, and therefore high quality. This system performs heating - cooling - vacuum or pressure - weighing, mixing processes with the use of three different technologies of automatic mixing and washing systems. The discharge is easy thanks to the 45° conical bottom.
